Tell us about your wedding day.

We were married on 20th June 2026 at the beautiful Swan With Two Necks Tipi, surrounded by our closest family and friends. From the moment the celebrations began, it was everything we had hoped for and more, filled with love, laughter and memories we'll treasure forever. 🤍

The relaxed atmosphere and stunning setting of the tipi created the perfect backdrop for our special day, making every moment feel magical and uniquely ours.

Our incredible photographer, Lucas Vale Photography, captured every detail so beautifully. From the happy tears to the biggest smiles, the photographs tell the story of our day perfectly and allow us to relive those precious memories again and again.

One of the most special touches of all was our flowers, lovingly created by my mum. Seeing her bring our vision to life made the day even more meaningful, and the beautiful arrangements added a personal touch that we will always cherish.

Which wedding dress did you get married in?

I chose Arabella by Mavery Hugh 🤍

How did you feel during your bridal journey with us?

I was really nervous, I was coming in on my own after a bad experience buying a dress under pressure that I didn't really want and then it went wrong during alterations, leaving me with little time to pick/order a new one. I was dreading my wedding day, everyone around me was very excited and wondered what my dress was like & I just felt very alone and almostA depressed about it as I had a disaster of a dress.

I rang Wedding Belles Love in a panic and Darci was very kind & understanding and got me in the next day assuring me they could help & find something that would work for me.

Darci & Claire were both so lovely & such a calming influence, they let me look at their collection and also picked out dresses they thought I would like and tbh they nailed it. They found me a perfect dress. I didn't try many on and when I put on what became my dress it just felt good, I believe it flattered/suited me, it felt so special. Wedding Belles Love gave me such a nice experience being on my own and let me retry each dress to ensure I got the right one and advised me as a friend would.

The moment you knew it was the one?

I just liked my reflection in the mirror when I put it on, it felt like my dress. I tried on a couple of others after it and I went back to this one. It was classic, timeless & elegant. I felt like myself but bridal & it was probably one of the quickest decisions I've made in a long time!.

How did your wedding day go?

My wedding day was perfect, the getting ready was lovely and calm, I didn't feel too nervous. I had amazing bridesmaids that couldn't do enough to ensure I was looked after. The dress had arrived and I was excited to wear it. I had such a great day, everyone was in such good spirits and loved the dress. The atmosphere was magical, a feeling that can't be replicated and if I could relive it I would jump at the chance.

Any advice you'd give future brides?

Don't go to a dress outlet & feel pressured into buying a dress and various other accessories that they insist you need, FYI they work on commison. If you are unsure about a dress, its not the right one, walk away. When u put the right one on, u know! I couldn't understand getting so upset over a dress but like Claire told me, it's not 'just a dress, it's something so much more than that', and she's right it really is so much more, it's so special and you deserve to feel like the best version of you on a completely magical day.
