Tell us about your wedding day.

We got married on 6th June 2026 at the beautiful Hotel Rudyard. The setting created the perfect backdrop for our day, making every moment feel even more special.

Every precious memory was captured beautifully by Lewis Goddard through Fraser Hinch. Looking back through our photographs, you can truly feel the love, laughter, and all those little moments in between that made the day unforgettable.

We also chose to create our own flowers, which added such a personal touch and made the day feel even more meaningful to us.

It was honestly everything we had dreamed of and more.

Which wedding dress did you get married in?

I chose Stella York Style SY8159, and from the moment I tried it on, I just knew it was the one.

I absolutely fell in love with how elegant and timeless it felt. The fit and flare shape was so flattering and made me feel amazing, while the beautiful Mikado fabric gave the dress such a luxurious look. I loved the strapless sweetheart neckline, and the bow detail at the waist added something a little different that felt really special and unique.

One of my favourite details was the row of buttons running all the way down the back into the train. It felt so classic and bridal, and I couldn't stop smiling every time I caught a glimpse of it in the mirror. The skirt flared out beautifully when I walked, making me feel like a bride in every sense of the word.

More than anything, the dress made me feel confident, beautiful, and completely myself. It was everything I had imagined for my wedding day and I honestly didn't want to take it off at the end of the night. ✨🤍

How did you feel during your bridal journey with us?

I had been to a few places before and was always told to imagine what it l looked like rather than being able to try one that actual fit, so I was worried if never find one that would fit my body type in the shape I wanted.. afterwards I felt so happy I was able to try on multiple dresses that fit rather than being to try and imagine what it should look like.. I felt so confident and like I actually should be bride and that I didn’t have to slim down to fit in a dress that the dress fit me the way I was.

What was your first dance song?

The moment you knew it was the one?

the moment you knew it was the one, as soon as I put the dress on I felt confident and this was everything I was looking for and more! The dress I had in my head that I struggled to articulate with anyone! I just couldn’t stop smiling.

How did your day go?

it was blur and just amazing I felt so beautiful and like a princess for the day! It goes by so quickly and it’s just indescribable seeing all friends and family and everyone you love in one space having fun. There’s no feeling like it all the preparation and stress before the day just seems to melt away and nothing else matters on the day than being together

Any advice you'd give future brides?

I was my own worst enemy for stressing wanting to make sure everyone has fun and that everyone is ok and having fun I stressed for weeks thinking this is the most important thing and feeling like I had to spend all this money.. everyone told me it wouldn’t matter and they were right everything falls into place and all of it just works on the night.. don’t overthink it. Make sure you feel your best pick the dress you want and don’t settle the more confident you feel the better the day feels
