Mrs &Mr Poole's Wedding Day

Tell us about your wedding day.

We were married on 20th June 2026 at the beautiful Thornbury Hall in Kingsley Holt. Surrounded by our family and friends, it was the most incredible day and one that we will cherish forever. The venue provided the perfect setting for our celebration, creating a truly magical atmosphere from start to finish.

Our talented photographer, Paul Bell Wedding Photography, captured every special moment so perfectly. Looking back through our photographs brings all the emotions flooding back and allows us to relive the love, laughter and joy of the day all over again.

Our stunning flowers were created by Forget Me Knots on Cheadle High Street. Every arrangement was beautiful and brought our vision to life, adding the perfect finishing touch to our wedding day.

Which wedding dress did you get married in?

I chose Stella York Style SY8139, and from the moment I stepped into it, I knew it was the one.

I instantly fell in love with how romantic, modern and effortlessly glamorous it felt. The soft A line silhouette was incredibly flattering and made me feel so confident, while the beautiful sequin floral lace added the perfect amount of sparkle and elegance.

How did you feel during your bridal journey with us?

I didn’t feel confident or comfortable with any dress due to a bad experience in another shop. Also wasn’t happy with my weight due to just having a baby. From the moment I came into wedding belles Love I didn’t feel judged. Darci put me at ease with how nice she is and how calm and relatable she is.

What was your first dance song?

Your The One by Robbie Williams.

The moment you knew it was the one?

I knew as soon as I put it on. It was a wow moment and releasing I actually look pretty in a dress with how self conscious I was.

How did your day go?

My wedding day went really well. The weather held up and got married outside which I was over the moon with. The dress was nice and comfortable especially with me being pregnant again that was a worry but it was lovely. Wouldn’t changed it for the world.

Any advice you'd give future brides?

For future brides. My advice would be do what makes you happy. Do not over stretch and Keep it in budget.

Have a spa day the day before the wedding that really helped me to destress and just enjoy getting married.
