Supporting Care Leavers into Employment: A New Chapter at Wedding Belles Love, we’ve always believed that bridal is about more than just the dress, it’s about people, confidence, and moments that shape who we are. And now, we’re incredibly proud to extend that belief beyond our brides and into our wider community by supporting care-experienced young people into employment.

Over 1,000 young people in Staffordshire, aged 16 to 25, have grown up in foster care, residential homes, or supported housing. These young people are just as capable and talented as their peers, but sadly, far fewer end up in education, training, or employment. That’s where we come in. And that’s where you can too.


A Boutique With Purpose: Care Leavers into Employment

At Wedding Belles Love, we’ve always believed in creating a space where every woman feels seen, celebrated, and supported and now we’re taking that same heart-led approach into our local community.

We’re proud to be supporting care-experienced young people by offering hands-on opportunities within our boutique. From learning about customer care and the bridal experience, to getting involved in social media, merchandising, and even behind-the-scenes logistics we’re helping build real-world skills that can spark long-term confidence and career direction.

Every young person deserves the chance to grow and thrive. We’re committed to being part of that journey by using our boutique as a platform for empowerment, encouragement, and practical learning all in a warm and welcoming environment where they can truly belong.
