RETURNS POLICIES

Under the distance selling regulations, you are able to cancel your order and return your items to us for a full refund under the following conditions: Purchases made via Wedding Belles Love Online requested

delivered to your home address - 

  • You have had the items for 14 working days or less (not including weekends or bank holidays) after the day on which you receive the goods from Wedding Belles Love

  • The items are in their original condition and unopened ready for resale by Wedding Belles Love.

  • If returning faulty goods, they must be returned in full - a replacement if needed will be a like for like swap.

  • The purchaser is not a business or company that has bought the goods with the intention of re-selling to a third party

If you meet these conditions and would like to return your items to us, 

When you receive delivery, please check the following:

1) Check that the outer packaging is not damaged in any way. If the outer packaging of your order is damaged, please make a note when signing for them. This will enable us to carry out a speedy swap if goods have been damaged in transit.

2) Check all the goods in your order and notify us within 5 days of any item that has been damaged in transit. We will usually require that these items are returned to us within 10 days of you receiving them so that we can scrutinise them and make any necessary claim with the courier.

3) In the unlikely event that there are any errors on your order, let us know within 5 days so that we can correct matters for you. We will usually need you to return the items within 10 days of receiving them so that we can send out the correct item(s). Do not open or use any item sent to you in error and take care not to cause any damage to the product or packaging.

4) If you wish to return any unwanted items, you can return them to us for a refund provided you have had the items for 14 working days or less (not including weekends or bank holidays) after the day on which you have received them. Please call or email us to let us know and then return the item(s) to us unopened (packaging and/or seals intact) and in re-sellable condition (packaging undamaged) within 14 working days after the day of receiving them. We cannot accept back any items that have been opened, used or have damaged packaging. We will refund the cost of the goods less any delivery costs incurred by us.

5) Non Returnable Items

All personalised items

Custom Orders - Items ordered in different colourways Lengths than available instore or online- These items will be ordered at your request are classed as custom orders as they are not stocked by Wedding Belles Love. These items are not valid for a return as they are classed as a custom order, as these items are not ones we currently stock as we can not return them to the designer after they are shipped unless faulty.

Arianna Jewellery ( for hygiene reasons)
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

 Purchases via website - collection from store

If items are stored at Wedding Belles Love, we might offer exchange out of these guides subject to conditions- 

A) The items are still available to purchase through Wedding Belles Love in the same colourway & size

B) These item may be offered to exchange.depending on request.

4) If you have requested Collection from store-you will not be notified of a delivery date, as these items are already available instore and have been purchased from stock, these items will be placed in your wedding dress bag or box and await your collection. 

A) If an item is custom ordered again you will not receive an email it will beplaced in your Wedding Dress Bag/Box stored at Wedding Belles Love for collection closer to your wedding date- Should you wish to collect these prior- please contact us or book a collection slot online. 

Made To Order Standard Orders

As your wedding dress is made especially for you to your standard dress size we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. All wedding dresses undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard from the designers before they arrive in to our boutique. As per contract we request that you try your gown on within two weeks from arrival- you will be notified of arrvial either via message, phone call or email. In the unlikely circumstance you have concerns regarding the manufacturing of your gown, you must raised these concerns at this appointment, which must of been booked with in 2 week period. If for any reason there is a manufacturing fault, We will contact the designer for with your concerns, we will liase with the named person on the contract as we receive updates from the designer throughout. 

 If you cancel your order between 8 and 30 days from purchasing your gown, the cancellation fee will be £300GBP. This covers the cost of administration, liasing with the designer, changes to all documentation to your order. After 30 days you will be unable to cancel you order. 

Made To Order Custom Orders

As your wedding dress is made especially for you to your wedding dress size ranges and height, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. We ask that you ensure your measurements are correct prior and you have read and signed to say you are in agreement with these, and we do not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed to be made on your gown (unless it is a genuine manufacturing fault). All items undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard. As per contract we request that you try your gown on within two weeks from arrival- you will be notified of arrvial either via message, phone call or email. In the unlikely circumstance you have concerns regarding the fit of your gown, you must raised these concerns at this appointment, which must of been booked with in the 2 week period. If for any reason there is a manufacturing fault, We will contact the designer for with your concerns, we will liase with the named person on the contract as we receive updates from the designer throughout.

 

Rush Order 

As your wedding date is sooner than the standard timeframe it takes to produce a Made-to-Order wedding dress, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on Priority Made-to-Order bridal items. We ask that you ensure complete all paperwork and are happy with sizing and colourways discussed as per contract you sign instore and accurate measurements are submitted at the time of placing the order as these measurements are final, and do not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed to be made on your gown (unless it is a genuine manufacturing fault). Once your measurements are locked-in, you will be unable to cancel you order as the gown will have gone immediately into production.​

You will not be subject to any refund. 

Purchases of Sample Wedding Dresses

Before purchasing, please consider that all sales are final – we do not accept returns or refunds on online sale items. Any alterations, cleaning or repairs are to be made at your own expense. Your sample wedding dress will be have been tried on multiple times as well may have faults on these dresses due to the nature of the sample wedding dress, they are cleaned whilst at Wedding Belles Love but will not be perfect as they are not a new wedding dress made to order, they are reduced in price to reflect this, it is your responsilibity to ensure you are happy with the quality of this gown. It is your responsilbitly to check and you are happy and agreed with the sample dress that you are purchasing. Please read your contract carefully and sign accordingly.
