#weddingbelleslove brides, should have the best and most stress-free experience possible, we have put together some of our most frequently asked questions to help you, when looking for the perfect bridal boutique!

How do I pay for my Wedding Dress?When you say "YES!" to the dress here are the different ways to pay for your wedding dress. a) Payment in full, most of our brides choice this option, as it is paid in full on arrival. b) 60% part payment at the point of ordering, your wedding dress order is placed straight away, then balance is due 2 weeks after your wedding dress arrives. c) Quarters if you are paying quarters, your wedding gown order will be placed after the second quarter is paid, if you are paying in quarters your wedding dress will paid for prior to it arriving in store so there will be no balance on arrival. d) Payment plans- A part payment of £200. Then 8 equal monthly payments - this will depend on the price cost as to the monthly cost, there is 0% finance and payments are taken via direct debit through Gocardless. Your wedding dress order will be placed once the payments have reached half. There will be no balance on arrival as your wedding dress will be paid in full. e) Clearpay- we have the option to pay for items via the website. This will depend on your credit limit on Clearpay and T&Cs If you purchase a sample wedding dress, this is paid in full at the time of the purchase. Please be aware that we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges and that all sales are therefore final.

How many guests can I bring with me for my appointment?All new bridal appointments, our new private fitting suites, can accommodate the you the bride Plus 3 guests in Cosmo Suite Plus 4guests in Paloma Suite Our guest numbers are to ensure the comfort and safety of both customers and staff. Please do not bring more guests than are advised as we will not have seating to accommodate. All our private suites are located upstairs.

Do I need to make an appointment?Yes! at Wedding Belles Love we offer an appointment only system. We want each bride to have the most perfect experience in finding your dream gown with no interruptions. We have an easy to use booking system on our website to help you choose the best time and date and even the options of VIP appointments!

How long do I need to order my wedding dress?We understand that Wedding Belles Love brides who visit our boutique have different time frames. We would definitely advise to look at starting your wedding dress journey 12 months before your wedding date! This doesn’t mean that this is how long it takes for your wedding gown to arrive so don’t panic! Each of our designers, have different options for ordering, your wedding dress usually take from 5-10 months to arrive into Wedding Belles Love. Don’t stress if you are a short term bride and getting married within the next 6 months, we have wedding dresses that are available to rush order, as well as off the rack wedding dresses in our boutique, so your dream gown is only 1 appointment away!

What sizes are your sample dresses?Our dresses are in sample sizes UK10-UK36, but can be ordered in the size of your choice once you choose your dress! Normally when shopping for bridal gowns you will try on gowns 1-2 sizes bigger than you would normally buy on the high street.

How long will my appointment last?As you walk through our doors, we allow around 15 minutes to place drink orders and for you to decide which of the wedding gowns you would like to try on for your wedding day. Your appointment then moves into your chosen private viewing suite, this lasts for around 90 minutes. This gives you plenty of time to try on the styles you love and fall head over heels for that perfect gown ready to walk down the aisle!

What underwear should I wear for an appointment?It helps to wear a strapless bra in a nude or ivory, but we also won’t get offended if you want to take off your bra during your appointment to get a better idea of how your dress will look. Most of our wedding dresses have built in bras so don't worry to much about purchasing a bra, just for the appointment. If you would like to wear spanx or shaping underwear, then please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

Is there a charge for my appointment?Yes! We very much value our bridal stylists time and expertise and in order to reserve one to one time with them, we charge a non-refundable fee of £15 for all of our appointments.

Do you provide an alterations service?We do have a seamstresses that we work with regularly she has a room inside our boutique and works Sundays & Mondays She then takes your Wedding Dress to her studio, to complete the work. We book your appointments for you and liase for timings so they are completed in advance for your wedding. Alterations are an extra cost, these is charged by the seamstress at an extra cost. She will arrange payments and we will schedual your next appointments for you.

What are sample wedding dresses?Sample wedding dresses, are wedding dresses that have been tried on mulitple times by brides. These are the wedding dress we then place made to order wedding dress from.

Can I purchase a sample wedding dress?Many of our wedding dresses have 2 prices on their tags, one is available now.... this is the price for that particular wedding dress, this is know as a sample dress. the next is price order in price... this is where we take your measurements and order to the closest wedding dress according to the designers chart

Can I return a sample wedding dress if I change my mind?Sample wedding dresses are sold as seen and are none refundable, please ensure you take the time to check over these wedding dresses as they have been tried on multiple times, cleaned through out their time on the shop floor so they will have defects- this is due to the nature of the gown been tried on by brides to be- it is not our responsibility to point out these faults. What is clearance sale?Clearance sales are when we have too many wedding dresses in stock so we have a clearance sale. These dresses are heavliy reduced in price due to the urgency of the space needed, clearance sale are paid in full on the day and taken home, we do not store clearance wedding dresses, prices reflect the wedding dress, clearance wedding dresses have been tried on mutliple times and will have defects- Some dresses have been used in photoshoots this is also reflected in the price and you will be informed of this on the day whilst you are trying it on and will be written on your invoice. Prices start from as little £250, you need to check these wedding over as no refunds or exchanges are accepted for clearance sale wedding dresses.
