The appointment booking process was seamless and myself and my family were welcomed with open arms. When I started looking for my dress I was a UK size 24 and was nervous to start dress shopping for fear shops would not carry plus sizes. The range of plus size dresses available to try on at Wedding Belles was insane. It was nice to go to a store and have several options to try on and not leave depressed that dresses were too small or I was unable to assess how they looked on me. When I was getting changed into each dress Claire made sure I was comfortable and the dressing room is extremely private. MADE TO ORDER STANDARD WEDDING DRESSES As your wedding dress is made especially for you to your standard dress size we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. All wedding dresses undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard from the designers before they arrive in to our boutique. As per contract we request that you try your gown on within two weeks from arrival- you will be notified of arrvial either via message, phone call or email. In the unlikely circumstance you have concerns regarding the manufacturing of your gown, you must raised these concerns at this appointment, which must of been booked with in 2 week period. If for any reason there is a manufacturing fault, We will contact the designer for with your concerns, we will liase with the named person on the contract as we receive updates from the designer throughout. If you cancel your order between 8 and 30 days from purchasing your gown, the cancellation fee will be £300GBP. This covers the cost of administration, liasing with the designer, changes to all documentation to your order. After 30 days you will be unable to cancel you order. MADE TO ORDER CUSTOM WEDDING DRESSES As your wedding dress is made especially for you to your wedding dress size ranges and height, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. We ask that you ensure your measurements are correct prior and you have read and signed to say you are in agreement with these, and we do not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed to be made on your gown (unless it is a genuine manufacturing fault). All items undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard. RUSH ORDER As your wedding date is sooner than the standard timeframe it takes to produce a Made-to-Order wedding dress, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on Priority Made-to-Order bridal items. We ask that you ensure complete all paperwork and are happy with sizing and colourways discussed as per contract you sign instore and accurate measurements are submitted at the time of placing the order as these measurements are final, and do not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed to be made on your gown (unless it is a genuine manufacturing fault). Once your measurements are locked-in, you will be unable to cancel you order as the gown will have gone immediately into production. You will not be subject to any refund.  PURCHASES OF SAMPLE WEDDING DRESSES Before purchasing, please consider that all sales are final – we do not accept returns or refunds on online sale items. Any alterations, cleaning or repairs are to be made at your own expense. Your sample wedding dress will be have been tried on multiple times as well may have faults on these dresses due to the nature of the sample wedding dress, they are cleaned whilst at Wedding Belles Love but will not be perfect as they are not a new wedding dress made to order, they are reduced in price to reflect this, it is your responsibility to ensure you are happy with the quality of this gown. I can't thank Darci and Claire enough for helping me to find my perfect dress and making me feel at ease as soon as I walked in, as I was very anxious at finding a dress that would be flattering being a curvy bride. However, when trying the dresses on, there were lots of positive comments and when I tried 'the one' Darci mentioned it brought out the sparkle in my eyes. I felt mine and my Mum's opinions were valued and when I said I liked the lace detail and bit of sparkle on one dress, my dress was brought in and I instantly fell in love. On my wedding day I felt like a million dollars and everyone said how beautiful and flattering my dress was. For anyone buying a wedding dress I would recommend Wedding Belles Love in a heartbeat! I’d been to a handful of shops and tried in countless dresses before visiting Wedding Belles Love, I’d started to think my dream dress wasn’t possible. But from the moment I walked in I had a gut feeling these girls would find me my dress. They had made me and my bridal party feel so welcome, they made the experience fun and exciting by allowing us all to choice one dress each they’d like to see me in and made it like a guessing game because I didn’t know who had chosen what! From the moment I put on my Stella York gown I beamed from ear to ear and I just knew that the dress was perfect for me! The dress fitted perfectly with very little alterations needed and Darcie and Claire helped me find a local seamstress who helped to make my dress perfect. My wedding day was everything I had dreamed off, the day goes by so fast! And I just want to relive it all over again! I honestly couldn’t recommend the team at Wedding Belles Love enough, thank you!
