Tell us about your wedding day.
We got married on 29th March 2026 at the beautiful Moddershall Oaks Country Spa & Retreat and from the moment we saw it, we just knew it was the one. It felt so calm, romantic, and completely us from the very beginning.
As the new Mr and Mrs Evans, we wanted a day that felt personal, relaxed, and full of love. Every detail came together so perfectly, especially the flowers by Julie at The Wright Occasion, which added such a soft, romantic feel to the whole setting.
Every moment was captured so beautifully by Mark Powell. Looking back at our photos, you can truly feel the emotion, the joy, and all the little in between moments that made the day so special.
It was honestly everything we had dreamed of and more 🤍

Which wedding dress did you get married in?
My dress was Denver by Stella York 7849, a soft A line with beautiful floral lace that made me feel so comfortable and completely myself all day. The off the shoulder sleeves added such a romantic touch, with a hint of sparkle that caught the light so beautifully. It felt elegant, effortless, and everything I had imagined.
The moment you knew it was the one?
As soon as I saw myself in the mirror! It was everything I wanted in a dress, and the fact that both myself and my Nan picked it out of the rails too without even realising!
How did you feel during your bridal journey with us?
I was quite nervous about dress shopping on the whole, so wanted to go somewhere for my first dress trying on experience where I knew someone else had been. I reached out to a friend and said I was considering booking in at Wedding Belles to go and look and she couldn’t recommend enough - and she was absolutely right! Darci and Claire were so lovely and made me feel really comfortable. Nothing was too much for them and I actually walked away having picked my dress on the very first appointment!
What was your first dance song?
I Won’t Let Go by Rascal Flatts
How did your wedding day go?
Absolutely perfect from start to finish - the weather wasn’t great during the ceremony/drinks reception, but it didn’t dampen our spirits (and we still got some stunning golden hour photos when the sun did decide to join us!) We just spent the whole day laughing, dancing and celebrating our love for each other
Any advice you'd give future brides?
Just enjoy every single minute of the wedding planning process. At the time you may be stressed or unsure, but before you know it your big day will be here, your worries will all fade away and you will be marrying your best friend, having the best day celebrating with all of your loved ones
