When Morgan booked her appointment with us, she had one big worry: would she find a dress that actually made her feel comfortable? She came in with the usual Pinterest dreams… but also a list of bridal style worries sleeves that felt too clingy, sheer bodices that made her nervous, skirts that didn’t sit quite right. And while she was excited, she was also a little unsure whether bridal fashion had room for her comfort zone “I kept seeing these stunning dresses online, but I’d immediately think, ‘That won’t work for me.’ I thought I’d have to compromise or settle and I really didn’t want to.” But here’s the thing we always say at Wedding Belles Love: bridal doesn’t have to be all or nothing. There’s always  a solution. Whether it’s a custom tweak, a clever alteration, or just finding a design that gives you the look  without the worry, it’s never a case of “you just have to deal with it.” And that’s exactly what Morgan learned. “You showed me how many options there were detachable sleeves, lined bodices, layers that could be added or taken away. I felt in control, which made me feel confident.” She ended up in a gorgeous gown that ticked every box structured bodice (with a hidden lining), a floaty A-line skirt that felt light and flattering, and removable sleeves that gave her both coverage and freedom. She looked incredible.  And most importantly, she felt like her. So if you're worried about certain features you're not alone. And it doesn’t mean your dream dress is off the table. Tell us about your wedding day. We got married at Sandy Cove Hotel , and from the moment we saw it we knew it was the one. The coastal setting was breathtaking and felt like the perfect backdrop for our day. I wore a Stella York A line wedding dress which felt timeless, elegant, and effortless to wear. The flowers by North Devon Flower Farm  added the most beautiful natural finishing touches, and every special moment was captured so perfectly by Newshoots Photography . The whole day was filled with love, emotion, and memories we will treasure forever. Which wedding dress did you get married in? I got married in Cecelia by Stella York. It was a lacey romantic A line wedding dress made from tulle fabric, with elegant full sleeves and key hole back that added a modern edge. The structure of the dress felt incredible to wear and was so easy to wear all day! How did you feel during your bridal journey with us? Going to Wedding Belles was more than just choosing a dress, it was an experience. Having the shop to ourselves as we browsed and tied beautiful ribbons onto the dresses,was such a wonderful experience. Clare’s care and passion for a brides experience is amazing, she is patient and knowledgable on her dresses. The dresses are stunning and with such an incredible range it wasn’t hard to find my dream dress, with the support of Clare’s knowledge on how dresses can be adapted to suit my style.  All of the additional touches make it so very special, the welcome sign with my name, the confetti cannon, the photo montage of our bridal party were wonderful. Alongside that the beautiful bag and personalised cups my daughters and I got was such so sweet and made my daughters feel included and special.
